Shipping policy

Delivery is always free for orders placed within India. No returns are accepted.

1. By 2:00 PM on the same business day, we try our best to send all orders. If shipping          partners are unavailable or the system is overloaded, delays may happen.

2. Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm is when our shipping      partners may deliver your item. It is not considered a working day on public holidays        or Sundays.

3. Unexpected travel delays for our courier partners and carriers might be caused by              events beyond our control, like weather and strikes, which can impact delivery                   schedules.

4. Providing an accurate shipping address is the customer’s responsibility. It is not our          responsibility to enter, modify, or update shipping addresses.

5. Upon shipment of your item, you will receive an email confirming it.

6. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery service or exact delivery time.      Once the shipment has been dispatched from our facility, delivery responsibility rests        with the courier partner.
