Refund policy
- As all Ecocane products are disposable food-grade packaging items, we are unable to accept returns on purchased merchandise.
- If, in the unlikely event, your products arrive damaged, please send an email to enquiry@ecocane.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include a picture of the damaged item along with your invoice.
- Once your return has been approved, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange. Items will be fully refunded if they were shipped incorrectly, damaged during transit, or both.
- We aim to process all returns within a maximum of five (5) days. All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
